For anything deeper, or if you’re frequently contending with wet or semi-frozen leaves, prioritize higher air speed and volume (cubic feet per minute). For ankle-deep piles and damp leaves, or to move lawn debris like twigs and nuts, choose one with more voltage and air speed. Best Cordless Leaf BlowersĮlectric leaf blowers will sweep pavement of grass clippings and remove a scattering of light leaves from normal-height grass. Read on for some quick info on the tops models, followed by buying advice and in-depth reviews. We know how important these tools have become to lighten your autumn workload, so we put a range through our testing process to find out which are the best. Furthermore, these battery blowers are indispensable in the summer for clearing grass clippings. And, next spring, you’ll be glad that you bought one of these power tools when it’s time to whisk buds and winter-deposited debris off of sidewalks, decks, patios, and driveways. And many cordless leaf blowers are small and light, especially well suited for leaf removal on small yards where one battery charge will probably be enough to see you through the job. You don’t come in from a morning’s work smelling like burned gasoline. They make little noise and certainly don’t spew out exhaust fumes. There’s no preparation such as mixing or pouring fuel. Really, nothing makes short work of autumn leaf removal the way a battery leaf blower does. But even here, battery-powered leaf blowers are catching up to some gas-engine models. And we love gas-engine blowers when you need the power required to remove a thick layer of damp or frozen leaves from tall grass. They are quiet and provide you with some great exercise. I know it can be confusing, it took me a while to figure it out. There are many ways to remove leaves from a lawn, but the quickest, quietest and cleanest way is to use a cordless leaf blower. The 2607 is a hammer drill/driver and the 2606 is just a drill/driver. The kit model number 26 are both different kits, regardless of the -22 or -22CT. As I said in the last post, the -20 means bare tool. The 4 digit model number is per tool, so yes the 2602, 26 are all different tools. just read that HD swaps each week but never changes display or add so you would never know till u buy it hahah You physically need to manually type in each one.Īnd there are a lot more. You dont even see these when your on the site browsing. maybe the kit thats 200, then 169, then 219 that we all think is the same is actually dif tools in the kit each week at HD?Įdit: looks to be so. I wonder if the kits that everyone thinks change price al the time are not actually the same kits. and this is the case with a lot of tools.Ģ602-20 2606-20 2607-20 and 2 others seem to all look the same and be mixed in and changed about all dif kits at HD. but if you compare the 2 links below you notice that if you just buy the tool w/o the drill it has 1500 torque and not 1400 like all the others. 1 tool only, one that comes with battery, one that came in a kit they all will have the same number on the sticker on the actual tool. so if you have 3 drivers in front of you. For example if you buy a normal Milwaukee driver tool only (normal= brushed & Not fuel) and you buy a kit with that same driver they should be the same. I also just came across some other odd things (and its not just with the drivers). just confused since you cant compair the driver and drill b/c the $250 ones does not give you the part numbers. the one for $250 is a "CT" which i cant find on the Milwaukee site. From what i was able to gather both the drills are the same, but it seems the drivers are different.
